Our post-conference championship game Big 12 power rankings:
1. Oklahoma (previous ranking: 1): The Sooners handled business once again -- and once again in convincing fashion -- defeating TCU 41-17 in the Big 12 championship game. The Sooners secured their spot in the College Football Playoff and will face Georgia in the semifinals.
2. TCU (2): The Horned Frogs weren't able to upend Oklahoma but still turned in a solid season at 10-3. And Gary Patterson signed another contract extension near season's end, meaning, as has been the case the past 17 years, he's not going anywhere.
