The bad news? The committee’s lack of respect for the league remains apparent. Just look at West Virginia (8-1, 5-1 Big 12), up to No. 14 after a Week 11 win over Texas but jumped by three-loss USC. Oklahoma State (8-2, 6-1) sits at No. 11, and Oklahoma (8-2, 7-0) jumped to ninth.
