If you saw Malik Jefferson and DeAndre McNeal play at Mesquite (Texas) Poteet High School, or even just heard about them, then you probably won't be surprised to hear that they're shining for the Longhorns right now.
You'd be hard-pressed to find higher praise for a freshman than what you hear from Jefferson's teammates, and even some coaches, who are extra hard on him because they feel he can be one of the greats to pass through the 40 Acres.
