4 Uncommitted Star 2016 Recruits Likely To Sign With A Big 12 Team On Signing Day

The 2016 recruiting cycle is nearing its end, with just one day until National Signing Day. The Big 12 is top-heavy when it comes to star recruits left on the board, with two teams dominating the landscape when it comes to marquee pledges. Who are those teams? Find out as we present to you the 4 Uncommitted Star 2016 Recruits Likely To Sign With A Big 12 Team.

Note: Things can change in the blink of an eye when it comes to prep recruits, so nothing below is set in stone. Read more recruiting news in the Chat Sports iPhone and Android apps.

4) 4-Star OT Tramonda Moore (Oklahoma Sooners)

QB Baker Mayfield and RB Samaje Perine got the majority of the credit for Oklahoma's offensive fireworks in 2015, but it was their offensive line which set up the dynamic duo for success. Moore is going to add a star touch to that impressive unit, combining fantastic lateral movement/explosiveness with the ability to drive through, over or under opposing defenders.

3) 4-Star ILB Dontavious Jackson (Texas Longhorns OR Oklahoma Sooners)

Jackson is reportedly trending towards Texas, but don't count out Oklahoma down the stretch (Florida State's still hanging around too, though...) Whoever gets Jackson's pledge is going to be STACKED at linebacker, considering the two sure things below (spoiler alert...). He's a violent hitter who is already built to play at the collegiate level, and his on-field awareness is only going to get better and better with reps.

2) 4-Star OLB Jeffrey McCulloch (Texas Longhorns)

McCullough is a versatile linebacker who'll be able to switch from inside to outside at the next level with ease. While he doesn't have the twitch to project him as a top-tier speed rusher, his violent tackling style and raw physical tools will wreak havoc when he eventually heads to Austin.

1) 5-Star OLB Caleb Kelly (Oklahoma Sooners)

While Kelly isn't the biggest hitter in the world, he's the most complete linebacking prospect on the board in the Class of 2016 -- and he's virtually guaranteed to head to Oklahoma after a long, winding recruiting process. Before long, Kelly will be a defensive captain creating turnover after turnover with his athleticism and impeccable instincts. Congrats, Sooners fans. You're about to land a STUD linebacker.
