Why hasn't Shaka Smart had the same success at Texas that he did at VCU?
Mosley: It's never a guarantee that those highly successful mid-major coaches will carry their success to power-five conferences. Anthony Grant comes to mind. Certainly Andy Enfield out of Florida Gulf Coast has been up and down at USC. Coaches like Mark Few and Gregg Marshall have turned down opportunities because they have great jobs at established programs that don't have to play ridiculous schedules.
