In the penultimate weekend of the Big 12 regular season, there were two big games that were for all the marbles and a couple of others that were meaningful to bowl placement.Texas still had a chance to get eligible and the Mountaineers and Red Raiders were playing for post-season position.Paul Rhoads got fired this week, but he is not the first coach in the Big 12 to let a game slip away by not kneeling the ball…With the glut of open coaching positions this season, it will be interesting to see who the decision makers in Ames find to take over for Rhoads.
