Rhule's 2019 class is up to 20 signees and three hard-commits and 247 Sports ranked the Bears class as the 37th best nationally and fourth in the Big 12.

Jacob Zeno is a 6-3, 192-pound quarterback out of San Antonio's John Jah High School. Zeno could be in the running to be Baylor's quarterback of the future after Charlie Brewer's time is done.
