#17 Oklahoma State (17-7, 10-7) looks to get back on track after having its 5 game winning streak broken by Baylor during the week. #6 West Virginia (18-7, 11-5) similarly took a tough loss to Baylor during the week, but bounced back decently with a win over TCU. At this point, this game is all about tournament seeding and building momentum entering the post season. One of the biggest keys to look for is the condition of Oklahoma State’s Cade Cunningham, who rolled his ankle against Baylor. Cunningham is almost unanimously considered the first pick of the next NBA Draft, so losing him for any period of play in the postseason would be devastating for the Cowboys.
