Best in Texas offseason series: QBs and WRs rule when it comes the state's most talented offensive players

SportsDay's panel of college bloggers recently voted to decide the best offensive player in the state of Texas heading into the 2019 football season. The top player on their ballots received 10 points, second-best received nine points and so on.
