Baylor's KJ Smith and Mo Porter sign with NFL teams as undrafted free agents

Two Baylor football players have signed with NFL teams following the 2018 NFL Draft. The Arizona Cardinals signed defensive end KJ Smith and the Buffalo Bills signed offensive lineman Mo Porter.

Smith played in 40 career games for the Bears over his illustrious career. Smith was named a 2014 Freshman all American and a 2016 First team All Big 12 selection by the Big 12 coaches. Smith is ranked tied for ninth in Bears history with 12 career sacks, and had 26 tackles for loss for his career. Smith played in the opening game for the Bears last season, but missed the rest of the year due to shin splints.
