Spring football is upon us, which means this is the first chance for new recruits and players trying to crack the rotation to impress the coaching staff. Who could that be for Baylor? Here is breakout candidate No. 4:
Peyton Powell

Position: Quarterback
In the 2019 recruiting class, Baylor got to have its cake and eat it too.
Not only did the Bears nab four-star quarterback Jacob Zeno, they also cashed in on another four-star quarterback in Peyton Powell less than a week after he de-committed from Texas last December.
