Baylor men’s basketball will represent the United States at the 2021 World University Games, which are August 18-29 in Chengdu, China. That city, in western China, has nine million residents.
The Bears are the fifth college program to earn the honor. They join Northern Iowa, Kansas, Purdue and Clemson as American representatives.
Fans will be able to attend the event. Baylor announced packages will be announced at a later date.
I plan to go there, so hopefully I’ll see some of you in China too.
