Baylor added the first member of the 2022 recruiting class with Dillon Hunter’s commitment. He’s No. 42 nationally in 247’s rankings.
Hunter picked Baylor over a host of schools, including Auburn, Florida State, Alabama and Clemson.
Assuming nobody leaves early, he’ll join a backcourt with Adam Flagler, LJ Cryer and Langston Love.
Hunter announced his decision on SI. He credited Baylor’s Special Assistant & Director of Player Development, Jared Nunes, in his article. He also mentioned Scott Drew showing him virtual tours.
The 6-foot-3 Atlanta native played on Davion Mitchell’s former AAU team.
