Baylor Wearing All-Black Uniforms To Protest The Firing Of Art Briles

The Baylor Bears fired head coach Art Briles amidst an embarrassing scandal in which Briles and school administrators ignored sexual assaults committed by football players.

The school then hired Jim Grobe to be the program's head coach for the 2016 season, and tasked him with cleaning up and changing the culture of the program. That does not appear to be going all that well.

According to ESPN's Brent McMurphy, the Baylor Bears are wearing all-black uniforms for today's game against TCU - not because it's a rivalry game, but in protest of Briles' firing.

Baylor wide receiver Chris Platt has since denied his tweet as about supporting Briles. However, Baylor players have often used the #TruthDontLie hashtag in support of Briles.

Baylor, who is ranked #17 in the initial College Football Playoff rankings, is 6-1 this season, and are coming off a loss to Texas.
