BALTIMORE -- Baltimore Ravens cornerback Jimmy Smith picked off a tipped Ben Roethlisberger pass in the end zone, raced 101 yards for the touchdown and took out a year's worth of frustration with an emphatic spike.
Then, Smith was told there was a penalty flag on the Ravens, and his head just dropped. Ravens linebacker Courtney Upshaw had lined up in the neutral zone, which negated Smith's second career touchdown.
A visibly remorseful Upshaw was asked what he owed Smith for his pick-six gaffe.
"He was just asking about a steak dinner," Upshaw said after the Ravens' 20-17 win over the Steelers.
