It's been one tough, long road for now former Baltimore Ravens tight end Dennis Pitta after suffering his third hip dislocation in the last several years. He has worked extremely hard and showed heart to get back on the field from his first two injuries and help contribute to the team in anyway possible. However, after the injury that occurred in OTA's a week ago ended his season and tenure as a Raven, the expectation is that he will officially announce his retirement.
Pitta stepped up to the podium after mini-camp practice for the first time as a former Raven, and while he didn't call it a career, he is very aware of the circumstances of this situation.
