Jeff Hill and best friend Jonathan Moynihan, who shot the video, are on the waitlist for Ravens season tickets. When they got the preseason yearbook in the mail, Jeff and Meghan of Columbia, Md., started reading it to Jamie.
“With his incredible memory, he had most of the players memorized by Week 2,” Moynihan said.
