OWINGS MILLS, Md. -- Ronnie Stanley spent time this offseason in Las Vegas, and he left a big winner.
Stanley, the No. 6 overall pick in last year's NFL draft, connected in the desert with Jonathan Ogden, the only other offensive lineman to be selected by the Baltimore Ravens in the top 10 of the NFL draft.
They worked out together, ate some dinner and played some golf. More importantly, Stanley received a vote of confidence from the Hall of Fame left tackle.
"He told me to just keep doing what I’m doing," Stanley said.
