Report: Ravens were interested in DB Jamal Adams

Though the Ravens did not execute the anticipated trade for a pass rusher, they were reportedly in the mix for a certain defensive player, according to ESPN’s Adam Schefter.

They, along with the Dallas Cowboys, both were seeking out a trade with the New York Jets for S Jamal Adams.

Add one more team to the mix from today: Ravens were actively going after Jets’ safety Jamal Adams, per source. But Ravens and Jets could not reach an agreement.

While the thought of pairing Adams with Earl Thomas III is exciting, the asking price for Adams will quickly relinquish the disappointment of not witnessing Adams in the purple and black.
