The Baltimore Ravens offseason, the road to try and redeem themselves from the 4th-and-12 disaster, started on Thursday when head coach John Harbaugh said that most of the coaching staff would be retained. That included offensive coordinator Marty Mornhinweg. One of the biggest question marks when it comes to the coaches was the status of Greg Roman.
Roman was brought in last offseason to help the offense as an assistant and tight ends coach. Most of all, he was brought in to help revamp a Ravens running game that had been non-existent for the past two years since the departure of Gary Kubiak.
