According to a report by ESPN’s Jamison Hensley, the Ravens could be investigated for violating a rule of the NFL CBA. Hensley’s source says that the Ravens may have used full pads in their rookie mini-camps.
Full pads and contact are not allowed yet. This should not be the biggest deal in the world. Don’t expect the Ravens to lose a draft pick or anything like this.
Hensley pointed towards 2010 when the Ravens had a couple practice violations. All they lost in that case was some practice time.
