I don’t know Joe D’Alessandris personally. I’ve only observed him in action, paying close attention to his body language; the way he connects with players; the sincerity he brings to his profession that reveals so much about his character.
Joe D’Alessandris is the quintessential good dude; a man whose image should appear beside a Google search for “nice guy”. Those fortunate enough to call Joe “friend”, “coach”, “uncle”, “Pop Pop” or “Dad” have been blessed by this man’s presence in their lives. And so too, have the Baltimore Ravens.
I’ve spoken to a couple of media members who are far more aware of Joe’s role on the team.
