Konrad Reuland said it best in a text to his mother after suffering a brain aneurysm last November.
"...He [God] had something big in store for me, and this is something that will help manifest what it is ... I can't wait to see where his will takes me," the former member of the Baltimore Ravens practice squad wrote.
Reuland's death came less than a month later, on December 12, but his impact is everlasting and God sure did have a plan.
Ravens' digital media team staff writer Garrett Downing told the story of Reuland and the connection he has -- even after his passing -- with Major League Baseball Hall of Famer Rod Carew.
