Compared to what people are typically used to, the Ravens have been pretty active when it comes to free agency this offseason, particularly over the past several weeks. Now, heading into the few dark news weeks of the year for the NFL, it appears that new general manager Eric DeCosta may not be done making additions to this roster:
Free agent LB Vincent Rey visited and worked out for Ravens on Tuesday. Rey has been a core special teams player with the Bengals for the past nine seasons and can back up at every linebacker spot.
