The Baltimore Ravens have reportedly made a move to bring in Marcus Peters to help this defense. Peters will help the Ravens defense tremendously. Pairing Peters with Marlon Humphrey gives Baltimore two corners who can shut down receivers in man to man coverage. A main trio of Humphrey, Peters and Brandon Carr will get the job done in the back end of the defense.
When Jimmy Smith returns, the cornerback situation will be just right. While losing two safeties for the year (Tony Jefferson, DeShon Elliott) hurts, Baltimore now has a chance to move forward with the secondary.
