The Ravens went out to practice this morning with all of their remaining healthy players participating ahead of today's 4 p.m. deadline to set the regular-season roster. That included rookie center Nick Easton, but his stay on the field was a short one.
The undrafted free agent out of Harvard was traded to the San Francisco 49ers, an industry source confirmed. ESPN first reported that that the 49ers and Ravens were in the process of making the trade.
It's not clear to this point whether the Ravens will get a conditional draft pick or a player in return for Easton from the 49ers.
