Inside linebacker is hardly a problem position for the Ravens, but it’s probably fair to say there are still some question marks at that spot for them. Patrick Onwausor has planted his flag as the starter after a nice rotational season in 2018 was built upon with a strong 2019 camp, but behind him, a battle between Chris Board and Kenny Young has raged all summer with little clarity as we get closer and closer to opening week.
