Ravens' surprise roster move all but secures spot for undrafted rookie sensation

The Baltimore Ravens made their first surprise move of NFL roster cutdown day by cutting 2022 fourth-round pick Jalyn Armour-Davis, per Jordan Schultz. The former Alabama standout had a strong training camp and preseason showing, but health concerns continue to plague him as he enters his fourth season.

The move all but secures a spot for undrafted rookie cornerback Keyon Martin, who has been one of Baltimore’s best players through preseason action. The 24-year-old staked his claim in one of the spots on the initial 53-man roster in the preseason finale, with a pick-six and excellent special teams play.
