Photos and videos of Lamar Jackson’s arrival at the Baltimore Ravens’ Under Armour Performance Center for the first day of organized team activities caused a stir on social media. Jackson appears noticeably leaner than last season and many are curious to know more. On Wednesday, the Ravens held media availability and Strength & Conditioning Coordinator Scott Elliott was asked about the lean-looking Lamar.
“Lamar coming in on Monday [and] everybody’s talking about him being lean. Lamar’s in great shape,” Elliott said. “And what it’s allowing us to do — and I just got done with a training session with him before coming here is to add lean muscle onto top of it.
