After agreeing to terms with defensive back Brandon Stephens on Wednesday morning, the Baltimore Ravens have officially signed the entirety of their 2021 rookie class — both drafted and undrafted.
Stephens was the last member of their eight-man 2021 draft class left unsigned after offensive guard Ben Cleveland signed on the dotted line on Tuesday — when all Ravens rookies reported to their first training camp.
He was selected with the second-to-last pick in the third round of the draft at No. 104 overall out of SMU. Stephens was drafted by the Ravens just 10 selections after Cleveland went off the board with the 94th overall pick.
