Ravens re-sign veteran OLB Pernell McPhee to round out their final 53-man roster

The Baltimore Ravens ended veteran outside linebacker Pernell McPhee's brief period as an unrestricted free agent by re-signing him two days after his release.

This move was widely anticipated and was done after some active roster finagling that included placing young wide receivers Rashod Bateman and Miles Boykin on short-term injured reserve. It should still count as part of the 10-year veteran's second stint with the team since returning in the 2019 off-season after four years abroad in which he played for the Chicago Bears and Washington Football Team.
