Ravens propose two rule changes ahead of league meetings

The Ravens remain in favor of expanded instant replay, and they still are apparently miffed over John Urschel getting incorrectly penalized for being an ineligible wide receiver in last season's loss to the Arizona Cardinals.

Ahead of the league meetings, which get underway Sunday in Boca Raton, Fla., the Ravens proposed two potential rule changes. The one that figures to get the most attention is a proposal to give team's three replay challenges per game.

Under the current system, each team gets two challenges per game and can earn a third if it's successful on the first two.
