The Baltimore Ravens are signing quarterback Kedon Slovis off the Green Bay Packers’ practice squad, per The Ringer’s Tom Pelissero. The second-year passer will add depth behind Joe Fagnano and Austin Reed following injuries to Lamar Jackson and Tyler Huntley.
Slovis, 25, has taken just five regular-season snaps since entering the NFL as an undrafted free agent in 2024 after five years(!) as a starter in college. He spent three years at USC and started as a true freshman before leading the Pac-12 in most volume passing statistics in 2020 and passing yards per game in 2020 and 2021.
