Ravens offensive lineman Alex Lewis released from hospital after suffering scary neck injury

Alex Lewis, the Ravens starting left guard, was carted off the field in a stretcher against the Titans. Just a minute into the fourth quarter, Lewis went down after making contact with a Tennessee defender.

Lewis was immediately treated by medical personnel and remained down on the field for several minutes. His head and neck were immobilized and he was eventually placed on a stretcher.

Alex Lewis is being taken to a local hospital for further evaluation of a neck injury. He has movement in all of his extremities.
