OWINGS MILLS, Md. -- Coach John Harbaugh wouldn't say whether the Baltimore Ravens are sticking with Devin Hester or need to make a change at returner.
He did express uncertainty whether the Ravens will ever see a healthy Hester this season. One of the greatest returners in NFL history, Hester had offseason surgery on his toe and has been on the injury report with an issue with his thigh this season.
