The Ravens have built a reputation for developing undrafted rookie inside linebackers into starters, from Bart Scott to Jameel McClain to Dannell Ellerbe.
"He pretty much asked me, ‘What are you going to do about it?’," Orr said. "He’s challenged me every day since I’ve been here. He’s challenged me every day with what I am going to do. Am I going to be the next one?
