The Baltimore Ravens will have to make some harsh decisions this offseason. After an ugly 2025 campaign, the team needs a complete revamp. They already made the toughest decision of all, parting ways with 18-year head coach John Harbaugh.
Since hiring Jesse Minter to replace Harbaugh, it’s clear the Ravens are entering a new era. They’ve brought in a ton of young talent to the coaching staff, most recently with the hiring of offensive coordinator Declan Doyle. They are entering a youth movement in that area.
With so many new faces entering the building, there could be plenty of roster turnover in the coming months.
