With the No. 160 overall pick in the 2021 NFL Draft, the Baltimore Ravens have selected Ohio State University cornerback Shaun Wade.
The Ravens were originally supposed to pick at No. 136 overall late in the fourth round but after trading back with the Arizona Cardinals that saw them pick up a 2022 fourth round pick while parting with No. 210 overall in the sixth round this year, they land another versatile defensive back with a lot of upside.
Wade could’ve been an second or maybe even first round pick if had declared for last year’s draft following a great 2019 season but he opted to return to school and take his turn as the Buckeyes’ top cornerback.
