Police Documents Shed Light On Timeline Before Vedvik Was Found Injured

Baltimore Ravens rookie kicker Kaare Vedvik is recovering at Shock Trauma with injuries to his upper body.

Baltimore police responded to reports of an injured person around 4 a.m. Saturday in the 2000 block of Boone Street in north Baltimore.

He was listed in serious condition. Police said his injures were not life-threatening.

According to police documents obtained by 11 News, the team's head of security, Darren Sanders, spoke with Vedvik. Sanders said Vedvik told him that he was in Fells Point with teammates earlier in the evening.

The documents state that Vedvik said the teammates wanted to leave, but he wanted to stay out longer with some women he had met.
