Philadelphia Eagles hire Joe Douglas, former Baltimore Ravens head scout as Personnel Director

Baltimore is known as a breeding grounds for stellar coaches, executives, and even players. Teams on the market for new coordinators, head coaches, front office executives, and even free agent splashes often focus their searches on the little east coast state. Recent defections include head coach Gary Kubiak to the Denver Broncos, top free agent Kelechi Osemele to the Oakland Raiders, and new Indianapolis Colts defensive coordinator Ted Monachino.

One such defection last offseason was Joe Douglas, who was hired away by the Chicago Bears to serve as their Director of Scouting after 15 years as a scout for the Ravens.
