As we embark on yet another postseason journey (hopefully a long one), it’s important to note that CB Brandon Stephens fell ill last week. On the heels of the Damar Hamlin situation and with so much going on in terms of playoff seeding, it was easy to miss this.
Stephens had been taken to the hospital in Cincy, and the Ravens provided an update on his health on Wednesday:
It’s great news to hear that Stephens is in a better place than he was last week, and while I’d assume he won’t be active for Sunday’s playoff game, it’s yet another reminder that players’ health and safety is the real priority.
