Week 2 of the 2025 NFL season is now in the books. The mirage of Week 1 is over. Week 2 brings some teams that were propped up on pedestals via the extreme recency bias of the national media (yes Ryan Clark, I’m looking at you) have come back down to earth. The precipitous drop for some is akin to a free fall from a skydiver’s prop plane.
It’s an annual occurrence.
