The Baltimore Ravens sent shockwaves through the NFL world by firing John Harbaugh on Tuesday, but was the right move and it's probably been time for change for a while now. Believe it or not, the Ravens have not won multiple games in the postseason since the Super Bowl title back in 2012.
Harbaugh may very well end his NFL coaching career as one of the winningest of all-time and with a bust in Canton, but it was time for a change. The primary vision the Ravens' decision-makers should have with this search is how to again get the most out of Lamar Jackson.
