Lamar Jackson won't participate in current Ravens practices after testing positive for COVID-19, Coach Harbaugh confirms

As Ravens pre-season training camp got underway Wednesday, one key player was absent.

ESPN's Adam Schefter reported Wednesday morning that Lamar Jackson would not participate in the practice due to a COVID-19-related issue, now Ravens Coach John Harbaugh confirms he has tested positive for COVID-19 for a second time.

According to ESPN reporter and WBAL Radio contributor Jamison Hensley, "the league still is trying to process" the issue, as Jackson tested positive for COVID-19 last Thanksgiving.

Now, both Jackson and Gus Edwards will sit out of current practices, but there was no time length confirmed,

With Lamar Jackson not present at practice today, Trace McSorley and Tyler Huntley will take a majority of the snaps at quarterback.
