Baltimore Ravens’ fans held their breath on Wednesday after it was reported that star quarterback Lamar Jackson was absent from practice. After dealing with a hamstring injury for several weeks, the two-time MVP’s health was in question once again.
However, Jackson was out on Wednesday with a knee injury. He was one of five Ravens not practicing that day. Running back Justice Hill, wide receiver Rashod Bateman (ankle), linebacker Jay Higgins (knee), and cornerback Marlon Humphrey (finger) were the others.
Ravens’ run of good health is over.
5 players not practicing Wednesday:
QB Lamar Jackson
WR Rashod Bateman (ankle)
CB Marlon Humphrey (finger)
RB Justice Hill
ILB Jay Higgins (knee)
This is much different from last week when Baltimore had perfect attendance for 2 practices.
