Baltimore Ravens’ star quarterback Lamar Jackson wasn’t on the field as the Ravens opened training camp practices this morning. According to ESPN’s Adam Schefter and Jamison Hensley, Jackson had a test for COVID-19 that was flagged by NFL officials.
Lamar Jackson is not practicing today in a COVID-related case the league still is trying to process, per @jamisonhensley and me. Jackson, who tested positive on Thanksgiving, had another test that NFL officials flagged. NFL now going through science, and Ravens awaiting answers.

As the Ravens and the league work through the flagged test, the Ravens will rely on Trace McSorley, Tyler Huntley and Kenji Bahar to facilitate passing related drills and quarterback work.
