Keenan Reynolds inactive for Ravens after being promoted from practice squad

CINCINNATI -- Former Navy standout Keenan Reynolds was inactive for Sunday's season finale after being promoted from the practice squad two days earlier.

The Baltimore Ravens placed Reynolds on the 53-man roster as a procedural move to protect him for next season. Now, the Ravens own his rights as an exclusive-rights free agent and another team can't sign him to a reserve-future deal after the season.

Reynolds is trying to make the transition from triple-option college quarterback to a receiver-returner in the NFL.

Baltimore's other inactives were: OT Rick Wagner (concussion), TE Crockett Gillmore, WR Vince Mayle (who was claimed off waivers from the Cowboys), RB Buck Allen, LB Lamar Louis and OL Ryan Jensen.
