Kapron Lewis-Moore becoming his old self after two years of injuries

As they rehabbed from injuries in 2014, defensive ends Brent Urban and Kapron Lewis-Moore were lumped together in the public consciousness as potential defensive line forces the Ravens had stashed away for the future.

As Urban faces another year on the shelf with a torn biceps suffered Thursday, Lewis-Moore, a 2013 sixth-round pick who missed all of his rookie season with a knee injury suffered in his final game at Notre Dame and then tore his Achilles early in 2014, said he is rounding back into his pre-injury form.

“I feel like [myself],” Lewis-Moore said. “I’m just appreciating the time I’m out here, because the last two years, I kind of know how it feels not to be out on the field, so I’m just grateful for the Ravens to give me another opportunity to come out here and prove myself.
