Injuries are a part of the game. No NFL team escapes a season without being ravaged by injuries, keeping their players out for crucial time. Unfortunately for the Baltimore Ravens, they are coming fast and furious.
The most recent member to be added to their already lengthy injury list is rookie cornerback Robert Longerbeam. The former Rutgers standout was placed on season-ending injured reserve (IR) during Sunday’s practice. He had been out with an injury since July 31, when he collided with fellow 2025 NFL Draft classmate LaJohntay Wester.
The reason for his injury remained unknown for a while, but the designation for his IR stint is a knee injury.
