Hundreds Of People Race For ALS Cure At Brigance Brigade Event

Hundreds of runners laced up their sneakers Sunday for the Brigance Brigade Foundation.

The Brigance Brigade Foundation held its fifth annual run and walk Sunday in Canton. Hundreds of people raced for a cure to help raise money for people living with ALS, also known as Lou Gehrig's disease.

The race was created by O.J. Brigance and his wife, Chanda. The event funds can help with everything from medical equipment to in-home care.
